Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Analogue Avenue. We take pride in delivering quality products straight to your door within South Africa.

1. Delivery Area

We ship exclusively within the borders of South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Payment & Processing (EFT/Bank Deposit)

Currently, we accept payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Direct Bank Deposit only.

Payment Reference: You must use your Order Number as the payment reference to ensure your payment is allocated correctly.

Processing Time: The delivery process begins only once your payment reflects in our bank account.

Note: EFT payments from banks other than our own may take 1–3 business days to clear. We are hard at work adding more instant payment options soon!

3. Delivery Timeline

Once your payment has reflected, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the working day count.

4. Tracking Your Order

We want to keep you informed every step of the way. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse and handed to our courier partner:

You will receive an email/SMS containing your Tracking Number.

You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your parcel's progress to your door.

5. Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

To keep things simple for our customers, we charge a flat shipping fee of R120 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase or the size of your package.
